These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Dual Circuits website and shall apply to all visitors to the site including customers, browsers, vendors, and contributors. By visiting our site and placing an order with us, you engage our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions including all other terms, conditions and policies referenced by hyperlink.
Pricing Structure & Payment
Published prices are correct at the time of ordering but may be revised at any time. Prices revised after placing an order cannot be applied retrospectively. Goods will not be shipped without payment having been received in full. PayPal payments and online credit / debit card payments are automatically authorised and will be charged when the order is placed.
Delivery & Handling
Orders received by 5pm on a normal working day (Monday to Friday) shall be dispatched within three working days. Shipping prices will be calculated in the shopping basket offering you a range of shipping options available based on the products in your basket and services offered by Royal Mail. All items available immediately from stock will be shipped together as one order subject to Royal Mail’s weight limits.
We use the Royal Mail for all our shipping and we aim to despatch orders within three working days of the initial purchase. Dispatch time and postal delivery time is not guaranteed and we cannot be held liable for any delays.
For all U.K customers, parcels will be sent by the Royal Mail postage service selected at the time of purchase and shall be subject to the weight limit of 20kg for Royal Mail parcels. Any orders over this weight limit will be sent in separate parcels.
For all European and Rest of the World customers, wherever possible parcels will be sent by Royal Mail’s International Signed For delivery service. This service provides a tracking number and requires a signature on delivery.
Customs Declarations
We will complete customs declarations wherever required for overseas shipments and will record the true value of all goods within it. Buyers will be responsible for any customs duty and/or import taxes within their own countries.
Tracking, Insurance and Compensation
The tracked and signed for Royal Mail postal services we use for shipping provide compensation of up to £50 per parcel. We recommend that tracked and signed for deliveries are used wherever possible such that any claim for loss against the Royal Mail is easier to process. Buyers opting not to use tracked and signed for delivery do so at their own risk and we shall not be held liable for items lost in the post. Items dispatched without tracking or signed for services have a lower compensation limit of £20 per parcel. Proof of postage will be obtained for all items. We are bound by the Royal Mail terms, and are not responsible for any additional compensation. If you require any further compensation please contact us to arrange additional insurance before placing your order.
We are only able to claim against Royal Mail for lost parcels shipped by them after 15 working days have elapsed from posting for the U.K, and 25 working days from posting for Europe and the Rest of the World.
Products and Description
We take care to ensure that all product descriptions and prices listed are correct and up to date as possible. As far as practicable all items will be photographed prior to listing on our site. It must be understood that product images are as taken and that we cannot guarantee that the colour renditions presented by the buyer’s computer monitor of any colour will be accurate.
Due to manufacturer’s revisions to their items we cannot guarantee that items ordered will be exactly as described or shown on the manufacturer’s website. We aim to have the correct information available but shall not be responsible for items that appear different to the manufacturers published information. We will supply the item according to the item code that is ordered by the customer, however that item will be as displayed in our photographs.
Latest Releases
All latest release items for sale on our website are brand new, packaged/boxed, unused and as shipped from the manufacturer or distributor unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Discontinued / Collectable Items
All items that are discontinued, collectable, or re-released onto the market from a previous collector shall be brand new, packaged/boxed and unused but the external packaging may exhibit signs of previous handling and storage. All will be examined and accurate item description given along with an accompanying photograph of the item itself.
Stock Levels
Our website stock system displays the exact status of each product that is available to buy, with all stock being subject to availability. A product will be either in stock or sold out. This is kept fully up to date although some slight discrepancies may occur. If we are unable to complete an order we will contact you by email to explain.

We may include links for the convenience of site users to direct you to third-party websites that may be of interest to you but that are not affiliated with us. We shall not be held responsible for the upkeep or the continued evaluation of the content of these sites and we do not warrant or accept any liability or responsibility for any products or services offered by or purchased from these third-parties.
